1 - Corporate Due Diligence
Verifying publicly available information about a corporation in Mongolia
M.A.D. is able to provide corporate due diligence reports on entities legally registred in Mongolia.
The corporate due diligence report can be carried out both with the knowledge and co-operation of the company being investigated or a more limited report can be provided without the company’s knowledge.
The report will only look at publicly available information and records such as a bailiff’s office report, criminal report and when available, financial data. The report will look at the history of the corporation, its reputation and carry out an analysis of its senior management.
Real Estate is a booming industry in Mongolia with an increasing amount of foreign investment pouring into the market.
Through years of expertise in the market. M.A.D. has developed a system of due diligence to quickly and efficiently carry out a variety of checks on ownership of real estate (immovable property) within Mongolia. This includes verifying ownership through the immovable property office, checking that all taxes and fees have been paid on the property as well as checking with banks and pawn shops that the property has not been pledged in collateral to any other institution.
As the Mongolian economy rapidly develops and its markets are becoming increasingly sophisticated, doing business with or hiring the right individuals is now the priority. M.A.D. individual Due Diligence Reports will focus on verifying the credentials of a certain individual as well as accessing public records to carry out criminal checks and real estate ownership checks.
