Reality Property show to launch in Mongolia
Finding the best real estate professional in Ulaanbaatar
A new page in the UB real estate market has been turned, the start of a reality TV show dedicated to property is about to be launched on the Mongolian airwaves.
TV5, one of the largest broadcasters in Mongolia, will soon debut its new series entitled “The Best Real Estate Agent” based on an “Apprentice” scenario, a camera crew will follow various real estate agents around Ulaanbaatar as they show properties around to potential buyers and tenants.
12 applicants will compete in this 12 series show, according to the producers, this series is not only designed to be entertaining for its viewers but will serve the purpose of improving the skills of the real estate professionals in Ulaanbaatar in general while also teaching the public about the property market and the shop of real estate agents.
The applicants in the show will be judged by a panel of judges and the winner will be awarded a “substantial” price money on completion of the series.
