Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Within his official visit to China, the Prime Minister of Mongolia N.Altankhuyag Friday was received by Mr Xi Jinping, the President of the People's Republic of China (PRC), and by Mr Zhang Dejiang, the Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress.
Mr Xi considers Mr Altankhuyag as one of the important politicians of Mongolia, he said and conveyed his greeting to the President of Mongolia Ts.Elbegdorj.
"I met the Speaker of Mongolian parliament this March in Hainan and with the President Mr Elbegdorj this September in Kyrgyzstan. This time I am meeting with You in my country. It means our relations have reached a high level," Mr Xi underlined.
In response, Mr Altankhuyag expressed a willingness to realize the matters discussed before between the Presidents and requested the PRC President to urgently back an implementation of the works considered during the visit.
The top legislator of China Mr Zhang emphasized that China's side attaches a great importance to the visit of the Mongolian Premier and congratulated Mr Altankhuyag on signing of many vital documents within the fruitful visit, on behalf of parliament of China. Mr Zhang thanked the Premier for efforts to contribute to the bilateral cooperation at all levels.
The Premier noted that the two countries reached a specific agreement on the inter-parliamentary cooperation during Mr Zhang's meeting with the Chairman of Mongolia's State Great Khural this April in Beijing, and conveyed a greeting of the Speaker to Mr Zhang.
Mr Altankhuyag mentioned about his visits to two provinces of China in frames of his official visit and asked the Congress Chairman to support the cooperation between the provinces.
