Political and economical upheaval periods are always exciting and full of surprises; our job is to try to limit the nasty surprises as much as possible. We base our range of services and offerings on the values of transparency, trust and above all, service to our clients. Our small team of expats and Mongolians have been working for the past 6 years in a wide variety of  fields such as property, communication and consulting within Mongolia. Beyond our specific fields of expertise, we are all madly passionate about Mongolia and its future, we constantly take a real stake in the city  as well as the country and engage with the local businesses as much as possible. During our time in the “Land of Blue Sky” we have gained a great level of expertise that we hope to be able to put to your benefit. While we feel that we  know a fair amount about working in Ulaanbaatar, we don’t profess to know everything, if we don’t have an answer for you straight away, we will find out and get back to you.

The M.A.D. Investment Solutions team has lived and worked in Mongolia for a long time. During that time we have learned that, despite current perceptions, it is absolutely not necessary to engage in corruption or bribery to conduct business in Mongolia. Furthermore, we have also learned that a large number of new Mongolian business entities respect and promote transparent business practices and accounting procedures. This is a vast improvements over the last years and stands as a testament to the Mongolian business community. It is our aim to “Make a Difference” however small and insignificant this might be, to the business community in Ulaanbaatar. We are one company amongst many others that are slowly forcing both the private and the public sector to act with greater responsibly and transparency. We attempt to lead by example, in the knowledge that we are ourselves far from perfect but we always try to improve and welcome criticism. We work closely with a number of business based organizations within Mongolia such as the BCM Entrepreneurship Working Group to promote the concepts of corporate responsibility and fair business practices, we aim to achieve this by making as much information available to the wider business community as possible . We have also learned during our time in Mongolia, that the Mongolian workers are world class, we have therefore decided to support a number of promising talented individuals every year to learn english with our Talk Talk Scholarships as well as go through their MBA studies on the sole condition that they remain in Mongolia after their studies. If, through our business dealings, we are able to contribute, however remotely, to a better business environment within our small sphere of influence, we would then have achieved something worth doing. We sincerely hope to be able to “Make A Difference” within Mongolia and its business environment.
